    • Komorebi is a cloud solution and the following steps are used in real-time to deliver this content, receive insights and potentially for followup and communication, depending on consumers actions and behaviour.

    • 1. Build

    • Brands use a web portal through which they provides information and content about their products. The system also allows bringing content from various sources, such as desktop, websites, Facebook, YouTube etc. The information can be read by scanning the QR code embedded on product packaging. We work closely with you on the most effective way to embed these codes on your products.

    • 2. Present

    • Retail consumers scan codes and or navigate the app and be exposed to a rich experience of your products, digitally interact with and get encompassing information valuable to them. By scanning, your consumers receive the information in their preferred language directly on their smartphones, and without the need to download an app. In addition they will receive your announcements or alerts in their preferred communication channel.

    • 3. Analyze

    • Information and details about consumers demographics, purchases, sales locations, and others are collected via a variety of means, be it via scans, surveys, and actions they take via the app. Are analyzed and be viewed and managed in the back office of the brand owner or organization.

    • 4. Communicate

    • As a result, a direct two-way relationships is created between your organization and your consumers. This enables you to engage them by sending important alerts and announcements, and so on. On the other end, consumers can provide feedback, report issues or send you messages in an easy way, and receive targeted updates or offers applicable only to them.

    • Komorebi is a landing page like no other. Many products have a QR code attached to them. In most cases this QR code leads to the website and not the product itself. Komorebi is designed to provide the best experience to consumers while they are checking on on a product and later post purchase at home.

    • Can't you just Google for information?

    • Of course you can! However, in many cases you have little time at stores to browse through websites till you find the information you seek (if at all!). With Komorebi you can provide the consumers with all the information they need, at the right time and the right place. Last, websites are mostly designed for people while they sit in front of their desktops or laptops where they mostly have plenty of time. Komorebi is designed for a mobile experience with a focus on how short shoppers attention span is while shopping.

    • What if I have enough information on my packaging?

    • Information on the packaging is static and has limited space. With Komorebi you can enrich their experience much further! It could be cooking recipes in a series of compelling images or even a video! It could be articles that help promote your product. It could be experts-in-the-field opinions. Everything that can encourage the audience to purchase the product! Think about the limitless possibilities!

    • Why can't they just scan a barcode?

    • A bar code is simply a set of numbers and without a dedicated app to understand the numbers the information itself would make no sense. In addition, though much effort is done to standardize barcodes much is still to be desired so you may not get the right information if at all.

    • Do people scan?

    • Excellent question! Scan rates depends on the nature of the product and whether the call-to-action is effective or not. Some of our customers achieves a scan rate of 30% or more and some 15%. Some products with no call-to-action have received about 3%. Products that offer warranties and additional benefits are expected to provide quite high scan rates.

    • Why would consumers scan?

    • When it comes to products consumers are overwhelmed with varieties on offer and actively seeking more information on these products while in stores. This trend was initially with millennials but now spreads to other age groups.

    • Are notifications I sent through Komorebi personalized?

    • Absolutely! But you don't need to worry about lists as Komorebi does it all for you. The audience behaviour and actions will decide on which list they will be added and Komorebi manages all of it in the background.
