Enabling Location services is important for you to:
- Know the location of trusted stores around you
- Claim your purchase for potential rewards and after-sales services from brands such as warranty
- Help brands to combat counterfeit by showing locations of unknown stores

Enable Location Services on Chrome macOS

1. Open Settings Chrome. Tap the menu icon and select "Settings"

2. Go to "Privacy and security". Scroll down and click "Advanced" select "Content Settings" on "Privacy and security"

3. Go to "Location". Click "Location" to change website in "Block"

4. Allow "Location". Tap the change button beside the Location option and then tap the toggle button for the “Ask before accessing(recommended)” OR delete website in Block

5. Enable Location Services. Re-open Komorebi webpage, Click "Allow" button on the pop-up

Enable Location Services on Safari MacOSX

1. Open Setting Preferences Tap Safari select "Preferences..."

2.Setting Privacy. Click on the "Privacy" tab in the Preferences window. Deselect “Ask websites not to track me”, Deselect the "Deny without prompting" option and select “Prompt for each website one time only”


Unlock Location Service

1.Clear Safari history. If you already locked, unlock by clicking "Clear History..." on the Safari Menu


2. Clear data. Click "Clear History" button with time.

3. Enable Location Services. Re-open Komorebi webpage, Click "Allow" button on the pop-up

Enable Location Services on Firefox MacOSX

1.Click lock icon. in address bar


2. View "More Information". Click icon and select "More Information"

3. Location Permissions. Select tab "Permissions" scroll down the page to "Access Your Locations" and choose "Allow" radio button
