Mobile App (iOS)

Enabling Location services is important for you to:
- Know the location of trusted stores around you
- Claim your purchase for potential rewards and after-sales services from brands such as warranty
- Help brands to combat counterfeit by showing locations of unknown stores

Enable Location Services on Chrome Mobile App (iOS)


1. Open "Settings" on iOS

2. Select "Privacy"

3. Select "Location Services"

4. Select "Chrome"

5. Select "While Using the App"

6. Allow Location Services. Re-open Komorebi webpage, Click "OK" button on the pop-up

Enable Location Services on Safari Mobile App (iOS)

(Location Services on Safari can be enabled in the same way as with Chrome)

OR

1.Go to Settings. Click tab "Safari"

2.Clear data. Choose "Clear History and Website Data".

3. Allow Location Services. Re-open Komorebi webpage, Click "Allow" button on the pop-up
