Komorebi by Wedidit Solutions Komorebi was accepted to Clas-Expara Vietnam Accelerator Batch 2 program.
CLAS Expara Vietnam Accelerator (CEVA), a programme drive for the growth of the enterprise ecosystem, is run by Microsoft Vietnam, Expara – South East Asia's leading venture accelerator; and CLAS [Customer Loyalty and Acquisition Services Co. Ltd.] – a startup company of SHTP Microsoft Innovation Centre – a hi-tech software service company to make use of the internet and mobile technology whose software can be custom tailored to businesses’ marketing needs.
Within CLAS Expara Vietnam Accelerator program framework, Microsoft Vietnam will provide startups the opportunity to access Microsoft technology including BizSpark and BizSpark Plus package with the total value of $147,000 within 3 years. Microsoft Vietnam also develops Go-To-Market Plan with startups whose solutions meet the needs of Microsoft customers. Besides, Microsoft Vietnam will co-sell with startups. CLAS will provide the facilities, management, and operation of the Accelerator. Expara Vietnam will provide the workshops on entrepreneurship, business plan and model, competitive strategy, fundraising and financial plan and investor pitching (valued at $10,500). Those selected will receive US $10,000 SAFE accelerator funding convertible to 5% equity from Expara Ventures Fund III Pte. Ltd. and Expara IDM Ventures II Pte. Ltd. and will also qualify for up to $500,000 seed investment after graduation (subject to Investment Committee approval and successful due diligence).
CEVA remarkably made a huge impact to the startup community right at the beginning of the program while reaching its goal in providing useful resources, business model plans and funding for startups. CEVA graduated seven startups in its first batch including MimosaTek, MegaNet, UBET, IMAS, HomeFinder, Cloudjet Solutions and CLAS Healthcare. One company has already raised venture capital funding, one has received a term sheet from Expara Ventures III (EV3) with two more currently under review by the EV3 investment committee.
To support startups in developing competitive advantages, CEVA will be conducted in 5 months with variety of useful sources from Microsoft, CLAS and Expara, it would surely be a strong sustainable program for any startup.
In addition, the program will also provide online portal and online learning which would be intentionally provided to startups and million Vietnamese youths during the transformation of Information Technology in the future.
