Bong always felt sad seeing how waste is being thrown around in Vietnam, that's why when making garment she put a great effort in reusing any excess material. While taking her maternity leave Bong spend a lot of time looking into how material can also be reused and recycled into beautiful pieces of garments. It is therefore why at Nhai va Bong we make a great effort in making Eco Friendly products, following the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in order to be as environmentally friendly as possible.

About us

We are Thao and Cat and we are behind Nhai va Bong.

Thao Nguyen

Thao has been in the corporate world for many years, dealing with supply chain, logistics and HR but she never let go of her dream of making and selling her own lines of products. Early in 2019 she made up her mind and decided to focus on learning fashion design and production and together with her brother Cat to open Nhai va Bong. Thao wants to bring more comfort and functional designs to fashionable products but still make customers feel more attractive.

Cat Truong

Cat liked art since he was young. He always liked to draw, take photographs and design things. He has been working in the Garment industry for many years already and had designed and created garments, in a few fashion studios before finally joining his sister and starting Nhai va Bong. Cat is influenced by film noir and femme fatale.
