The story of Nhai va Bong

We are brother and sister who are originally not far from Ho Chi Minh City, from a little picturesque village in Ba Ria Vung Tau province, surrounded by lakes with water lilies, fruit orchards by the slopes of Nui Dinh.

Both me, Thao, and my little brother Cat, are both designers and producers of fashion items. We share our love to nature and art which we found missing in fashion items around us and we dream of bringing them both together to make people feel fresh, energized and attractive in this stressful city life.

About us

We are Thao and Cat and we are behind Nhai va Bong.

Thao Nguyen

Thao has been in the corporate world for many years, dealing with supply chain, logistics and HR but she never let go of her dream of making and selling her own lines of products. Early in 2019 she made up her mind and decided to focus on learning fashion design and production and together with her brother Cat to open Nhai va Bong. Thao wants to bring more comfort and functional designs to fashionable products but still make customers feel more attractive.

Cat Truong

Cat liked art since he was young. He always liked to draw, take photographs and design things. He has been working in the Garment industry for many years already and had designed and created garments, in a few fashion studios before finally joining his sister and starting Nhai va Bong. Cat is influenced by film noir and femme fatale.
